With three decades of experience as a professional sewing technician, I have honed my skills to create unique items that not only look amazing but also provide practicality and comfort. Returns and Refund Policy
This policy governs returns and refunds for all handmade goods purchased from us and shipped within the United Kingdom.
Non- Returnable Items (Final Sale)
All sales are final and items are non-refundable execept for the specific conditions outlined in Sections 2 and 3 below.
The standard 14-day 'change of mind' return right does not apply to our items because they fall under the legal exemption for:
Customised or Personalised Items. Goods made specifically to your order, specification, or clearly personalised for you.
Bespoke Sizing: Items created specifically to the measurements or fit requirements provided by the customer.
Returns for Bespoke Sizing/Fit Correction
We offer a return window only for items that require adjustment due to a sizing or fit issue.
Notification Period: You must inform us of the sizing issue within 7 calendar days of receiving them.
Outcome: We will offer a bespoke resizing or correction service as the first course of action.
Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item for resizing.
Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Goods (Proof Required)
All items are guaranteed to be brand new, and are packaged securely upon dispatch.
Photographic Evidence is Mandatory: Refunds are only considered for manufacturing faults present before shipping. You must provide clear, dated photographic evidence and a written explanation of the fault within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
Assessment and Resolution: If the fault is confirmed to be due to our error, we will offer a full refund or repair/replacement where applicable.
Transit damage: We securely box/package all our items. We are not responsible for damages or breakages that occur while the item is with our chosen courier Royal Mail, (they are proven contactable if there is an issue, over other couriers.) Claims for items damaged during transit must be pursued by the customer with the courier.

Terms and Conditions of Sale (UK Only)
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of handmade goods from us to you (the customer) within the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Returns and Refund Policy.
Product Information and Descriptions
Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications and images are as accurate as possible. As all items are handmade, unique or sold as single units/packs, detailed descriptions are provided to confirm the exact item you are purchasing.
Unique Items: Due to the bespoke, handmade nature of the goods, minor variations in colour, finish, or material size may occur.
Acceptance of Goods: By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific description and condition of the item(s) being purchased.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices displayed are in British Pounds (£) and include the cost of standard UK delivery built into the final price.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Zone: At present we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Secure Packaging: All goods are packaged securely and dispatched via default Royal Mail or an equivalent reputable courier.
Risk: Risk of loss and damage passes to you, the customer, upon handover to the courier. We are not liable for delays, loss or damage that occurs during transit.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable UK law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
